Joshua Craig hails from Boston, Massachusetts. Joshua currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona U S. His beginnings as a guitarist were in the projects' "Black Art" and "FiNGeR" (for which each situation involved three releases). Joshua Composed, Produced, Sang and played Guitar on all releases between 1994 - 1997.

2007-2008 found Joshua very busy Composing & Scoring original music for Video Games, Producing Instructional Guitar DVD's, Play Along CDs', writing an in-depth book on "Advanced Guitar Techniques", been Published as a Guitar Columnist, being a Guitar Clinician, Teaching Guitar, Producing new acts, recording as a Session Guitarist, Signed a new Recording Contract, Released two solo CDs', Written new music for "The Alien Blakk", composed music for MTV and its affiliate stations as well as toured as Front Man/ Lead Guitarist for "The Alien Blakk".

In 1998, Joshua moved to Los Angeles, California to begin his career as a Songwriter / Producer and Session Musician. Having worked with the likes of Rob Halford, Coolio, Xzibit, Motograter, Christina Aguilera, Steve Gadd as well as members of Fear Factory, Testament, KISS, White Zombie, Whitesnake, Megadeth, Flotsam & Jetsam, Death, Daath, Earshot, Adema, Murderdolls, Fight, Methods Of Mayhem, Stuck Mojo, Halford, Powerman 5000 and Cypress Hill to name a few, Joshua needed to begin making his own signature mark in music. -Enter Joshua Craig's "THE ALIEN BLAKK".

"THE ALIEN BLAKK" has transformed into a very focused style of music on today's uniquely driven landscape of sound. The Alien Blakk's sophomore effort sees Joshua Craig's music with a new directive and a very unique blend of effectively riff driven music with progressive and aggressive twists and truly unique and experimental of vocal expression (by Joshua). All music on the sophomore effort" (as with "Modes Of Alienation", the debut release from "The Alien Blakk"), was Produced, Written & Arranged by Joshua Craig.

A regular on the pages of esteemed magazines Guitar World, Guitar Player and Metal Maniacs (as a featured guitar columnist), Craig's musical prowess has spawn multiple lines of signature products and accessories (available at www.thealienblakk.com & www.joshuacraigpodolsky.com ). The playing on the sophomore effort from Joshua Craig's "THE ALIEN BLAKK", entitled "The Terror Experiment", includes bassist, David Ellefson and drummer, Kevin Talley (Daath, ex-Chimaira) and is set for a late 2008 release with non-stop touring to follow.
